  1. Complexity and systematicity. If you exercise regularly, you will notice improvements within a month. Auxiliary methods will help make your skin smoother even faster: a diet limiting certain foods, cosmetic procedures.

Lateral leg swings lying on the floor

This exercise is simple to perform, but very effective and has a minimum of contraindications.. Lateral swings help work the upper part of the gluteal muscle and the outer side of the thigh. How to do them correctly:

  1. Lie on your side. Bend your supporting arm at the elbow and lift yourself up.

Lifting the pelvis from a lying position

  1. Lie down on the floor. Bend your legs at the knees.
  2. Place your feet parallel to each other, hip-width apart.
  3. Stretch your arms along your body, palms down.
  4. Tighten your hips and buttocks and lift your pelvis. At the same time, the shoulders do not come off the floor. The body from neck to knees should form a straight line.
  5. Hold this pose for a couple of seconds, then slowly lower down. Try to feel the contractions of all muscles.

Stretching exercises against cellulite

If you approach such training correctly, they will be very effective. Stretching is painful, but you must understand that discomfort is a sign of a good result. Tips for doing stretches correctly:

  1. Before starting the main program, warm up your muscles. 15 minutes of intense cardio exercise (treadmill running, dancing, squats, swings) will do.
  2. Do not exercise if the room is very cold. This can damage your muscles.
  3. Stretching exercises are prohibited during the rehabilitation period after ligament ruptures, fractures, dislocations, during the stages of exacerbation of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, with ailments of the cardiovascular system, hypertension, and pregnancy.

Inner thigh stretch

The following exercise, which is very easy to do, will also help you in the fight against crust on problem areas. How to stretch:

  1. Stand up straight. If you are doing the exercise for the first time, rest your hands on the back of a chair. Once you get used to it, you can simply keep them on your belt.
  2. Keep one leg straight, and take the other back, lift it approximately 20 cm above the floor. Pull the toe away from you.
  3. Stay in this position for 30-60 seconds. Repeat on the second side.
  4. Do 10-15 approaches.

For the front of the thigh

The next element is very useful for almost all muscles. You need to do it like this:

  1. Stand up straight.
  2. Place one leg forward, bending at the knee. Pull the second one back.
  3. Try to squat as low as possible. The back and second leg should remain perfectly straight.
  4. Repeat 15 times on each side.

Among the many stretches for the front of the thigh, there is one more that will help get rid of cellulite. How to do the exercise:

  1. Sit on the floor. Place your hands back to support yourself.
  2. Bend one leg. Raise the second one 20 centimeters from the floor and pull it forward with your toe away from you. Repeat 10-15 times.
